I'm very late to this haha but this specific "miracle" is fascinating to me - I was diagnosed with macular degeneration when I was 10 and the only reason I am not fully blind now is not because of prayer or a god, but because I was prescribed contacts to replace my glasses which slowed the progression of my disease and my vision has been pretty stable for the past few years.

Recommendation, per the last question: The Yale lecture course on the Old Testament by Christine Hayes is on UA-cam and it is AWESOME. She does a comprehensive but accessible job of explaining what these books are, where they came from, who wrote them, and what they actually say and meant to their intended audience. I did force myself to read the whole Bible a couple of times, but I can't say I understood it very well. My eyes just tended to drift down the page a lot. But after learning about these books from Dr Hayes, the context made the whole thing make a lot more sense. She teaches not only the old books themselves, but draws on their sources, the older Babylonian books and legends that they are based on. It sounds much drier than it is, I promise! It's really fascinating. Even if you only watch the first few videos, you'll have vastly more understanding of these books then 95% of all the Christians you will ever encounter.
